Stream your game to friends, without a public channel
You want your friends to see your game, not the whole world. No channel to set up, no audience to grow, no chat to moderate: one link, and whoever has it can watch.
Streaming platforms aren't built for this
Streaming platforms are designed for an audience: a channel anyone can find, a delay to absorb network hiccups, and a picture tuned for thousands of viewers. For three friends in a voice channel that's too much, and the delay breaks the conversation: you react to something they'll only see later.
A stream only your friends can see
With Beamcord, every stream has its own link. It isn't listed in any directory or search: only the people you send it to can watch. The stream ends when you end it.
The picture is encoded by your machine's video chip, in 1080p at 60 frames per second, and reaches your friends in 96 ms (measured median). Fast enough for them to comment on what is happening, not on what happened.
How it works
- Open Beamcord and pick the game window, or your whole screen.
- Start the stream and copy the link.
- Send it to your Discord channel or in a message. Your friends click and watch.

FAQ
- Is my stream public?
- No. It isn't listed anywhere: only people with the link can watch, and it ends when you end it.
- Do my friends need an account?
- No. They open the link, in Discord, in a browser or on an iPhone. No account, no install, nothing to pay on their side.
- Does game audio come through?
- Yes, and you can choose to stream only the game's sound, without your notifications or the voices in your voice channel.
- How much does it cost?
- Watching is free. Streaming costs €3.99 a month with Solo (1080p, 60 frames per second, up to 20 viewers), or €7.99 with Studio (up to 1440p and native resolution, up to 50 viewers). Cancel anytime.
- Does it work on Mac?
- Streaming needs Windows 10 or later for now; the macOS version is coming. Watching works everywhere, Mac included.
